Curriculum

At Daydreams we follow the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework, which sets the standards for the learning, development, and care of children from birth to five years old. This ensures a well-rounded and nurturing approach to early education, giving every child the best possible start.

Our activities and experiences are carefully planned around the seven areas of learning and development, allowing each child to grow, explore, and learn at their own pace in a happy and supportive environment.

We place a strong emphasis on learning through play. By observing children as they explore, we gain a deeper understanding of their interests and development. This allows us to plan meaningful and engaging experiences that build on their natural curiosity and support their individual learning journey.

We use our online app, Ovivio, to record observations and share photos of your child’s progress, helping you stay connected and involved in their development. We believe that working in partnership with parents is key, and we value the knowledge and insights you bring about your child.

We also hold regular parents’ evenings, giving you the opportunity to meet with our team and discuss your child’s progress, ensuring we work together to provide the very best start for your child.
